Get Me Roger Stone

Stone's support for gay marriage and his appearance at a Gay Pride parade give the film a small identity-related thread. The film also shows a short Black Lives Matter montage during its discussion of political conflict. These moments add a left-leaning social frame to parts of the story. The main story follows Stone's power, fame, and campaign methods instead of an identity cause.

The documentary repeatedly presents conservative political power as cynical, dirty, and harmful. The film uses liberal journalists to attack Stone's methods and to connect Trump's appeal with racism. The story also links lobbying, money, attack ads, and media manipulation to damage in American politics. This critique is central, but it targets Stone and the Republican power system more than Western culture as a whole.

One Rotten Tomatoes user calls the film a fake political hit job and liberal propaganda. A Metacritic user says the filmmakers are what Stone would call liberal vermin. A Breitbart review says some anti-Trump touches and the Black Lives Matter montage feel heavy-handed. The supplied X research found no anti-woke reaction, so the documented backlash is limited and scattered.

The cached creator scores are low for all listed directors and producers. The stored profiles show interest in politics, institutions, crime, and public affairs. The profiles do not show a strong repeated DEI, representation-first, or identity-activist pattern. That context supports a political documentary focus more than a modern woke creator brand.
