Andrea Menard is a Métis actor, singer-songwriter, playwright, and writer known for roles in Moccasin Flats, Rabbit Fall, Blackstone, and Sullivan’s Crossing, as well as her self-written musical The Velvet Devil. Her creative work often draws on Métis culture, Michif language, and Indigenous storytelling. She founded the Sacred Feminine Learning Lodge, promotes Michif language and Métis teachings, and has spoken publicly about Indigenous representation and violence against women, including in her TEDx talk “Silent No More.” No public statements on party politics or anti-woke positions are on record.
