Dandy Barrett is an American stage and screen actress whose work includes Mara, The Divorce Party, and long-running regional theater roles in plays such as Wit, August: Osage County, and Kiss of the Spider Woman. Her stage career spans dramatic, comic, and musical roles, and she helped found and manage Savannah’s Collective Face Theatre Ensemble. Barrett has publicly supported abortion access: after her father, a volunteer clinic escort, was murdered in 1994, she urged others to continue his work, and in 2017 she joined clinic volunteers preparing for a protest.
