Personal context

Summary

Eli Goree is a Canadian actor known for The 100, Riverdale, and his portrayal of Muhammad Ali in One Night in Miami. His roles span television drama and biographical film, with faith also shaping his choices: he has said his Seventh-day Adventist convictions lead him to avoid horror films, nudity, and using God’s name in vain. In discussing Ali, Goree described racial issues in America as consequential for black people and praised Ali’s support for people of color speaking out. No public statements on DEI, political campaigning, or organized activism are on record.
