Summary

Jessica Clemons is a Los Angeles-based writer, director, producer, host, and casting professional from Flint, Michigan. She has worked in production for CollegeHumor and Dropout, appeared in comedy programming, and has been credited with casting work for Dropout productions. She later became a senior video producer and on-camera contributor for New Rockstars, covering Marvel, horror, and other genre entertainment. Her independent creative work includes the socially observant comedy project Trashy People, developed through the Women in Film Financing Intensive, and The Worst Time of Your Life, a horror screenplay about eighth-grade girls navigating puberty and hallucinations that reached the Film Fatales Stowe Story Lab. Clemons has described her work as blending humor with social commentary, but there is no strong public record of sustained political activism, partisan advocacy, or a representation-centered public persona. Her career is primarily defined by comedy, genre analysis, digital media, and independent filmmaking.
