Lorraine Bracco

Personal context

Summary

Lorraine Bracco is an American actor known for Goodfellas, The Sopranos, and Switch. Her roles often include forceful women navigating relationships and power. Discussing Switch, she said everyone should have the right to love whom they want and that she chose to play a lesbian because lesbians had been mistreated in moviemaking. She also supported the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign; no public record of party campaigning or broader identity or DEI advocacy is established.
