Zoë Bell

Personal context

Summary

Zoë Bell is a New Zealand stunt performer and actor known for doubling on Xena: Warrior Princess and Kill Bill, and for appearing as herself in Death Proof. Her work often centers on physical, hard-hitting action; as a producer and star of Raze, she said she wanted to make an action film about women fighting and show what it meant for women to have to kill. Her public record includes this specific women-centered creative aim, but no public statements on party politics, DEI, or broader activism are on record.
