2024– · Based on 3 seasons through August 21, 2026 ·
Conan O’Brien is a loud, awkward comedian who leaves America to visit people he first met through his podcast. He travels to Norway, Argentina, Thailand, Ireland, Spain, New Zealand, Austria, and India, where each stop becomes a new comic challenge. The people he visits pull him into their homes, jobs, families, sports, music, and local customs. The tone is fast, silly, crude, and often built around Conan making himself look foolish.
The show places people from many nations on screen, but their backgrounds fit the places Conan visits and the real-life travel format. Its main theme is that strangers can laugh together when the visitor is willing to look foolish and listen. Conan meets a Pakistani immigrant family in Ireland, explores his own Irish family history, learns about Māori customs in New Zealand, and joins Indian fans in Mumbai. These moments add human warmth while the show keeps returning to jokes, costumes, food, stunts, and strange local encounters.

Creator track record context
Conan O’Brien’s wider public record includes Democratic political giving and some anti-Trump or Hollywood defense, but he is not known mainly for DEI or identity activism. Mike Sweeney has a 0/100 context score and a comedy-focused career. Jeff Ross has a 21/100 context score and mainly does roast comedy with some political satire.
