Marco is the adopted son of the Adattu family, a powerful crime family in Kerala. When his blind brother Victor is murdered, Marco returns and begins a violent hunt for the killers. The hunt pulls him into a war between rival gold-smuggling families and exposes betrayal inside his own home. The tone is dark, loud, and brutally over the top, with revenge and family loyalty driving nearly every scene.
The film gives one villain, Tony, a brief bisexual identity reveal during a threat, but the moment works as a shock detail rather than a full queer story. Marco’s fiancée also calls his behavior toxic and a red flag, while he says that his obsession is his way of showing love. These moments add a small amount of identity and modern relationship language, but they do not shape the main plot. The story mainly centers on male force, family duty, and bloody revenge, with women and children used as stakes in the gang war.
