Michael MacCauley is a former New York cop who now sells insurance. He rides the same train home every day. On the day he loses his job, a strange woman offers him a lot of money to find one special passenger on the train. The deal turns into a deadly trap that puts his family and the people on the train in danger. The movie is a fast action thriller about hard choices, trust, and staying alive until the last stop.
The story stays focused on money pressure, family fear, and a crime plot. Michael must decide what he will do when powerful people try to control him. The main beats are fights, twists, and saving a young witness. The movie does not build its story around modern identity politics or activist messages about race, gender, or sexuality.
