H.E.R.

Personal context

Summary

H.E.R. (Gabriella Wilson) is an American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose R&B work often centers on love, heartbreak, and personal vulnerability. She has also used her music and public platform to address racial injustice: her song “I Can’t Breathe” was written in response to George Floyd’s killing and the 2020 protests, and she has said artists should speak out and use their platforms to create change. No public record of party campaigning, DEI roles, or LGBTQ advocacy is established.
