Shaun Dooley is an English actor known for British television dramas including Broadchurch, Gentleman Jack, It’s a Sin and Mr Bates vs the Post Office. He has said that not passing on the toxic masculinity he experienced has been central to his relationship with his son, and that It’s a Sin’s account of the AIDS crisis should not be forgotten. Dooley is a patron of the Pink Ribbon Foundation and the Pippa Jones Little Treasure Trust, and has fundraised for BBC Children in Need. No public party campaigning or DEI affiliations are on record.
