Mike Fallon is a British hitman who has moved from London to Malta after the first film. A mob boss forces Mike to guard her spoiled son Dante after she takes his friend Fred hostage. Other killers chase Dante for a large bounty, including Mike's angry old mentor Big Ray. The movie uses fast martial-arts fights, bloody kills, rough jokes, and a silly crime story.
Mike depends on Wong Siu-ling, a Chinese martial artist who attacks him without warning to keep his skills sharp. Siu-ling becomes Mike's sidekick and fights other killers, but Mike stays the main hero. The story also spends time on Mike's friendship with Fred and his troubled bond with Big Ray. The main idea is loyalty between criminals, while action and crude jokes take more space than serious drama.
