Back in Action is a 2025 Netflix action comedy starring Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz as former CIA spies who faked their deaths 15 years ago to raise a family in the suburbs. When their cover is blown, the couple and their two kids get pulled into a global chase involving cyber weapons, assassins, and old colleagues while juggling typical parenting issues like teen rebellion and screen time. The film delivers standard spy thrills, marital teamwork, and light family humor with no visible identity-driven themes, political lectures, or social-justice messaging in the story, characters, or marketing.
