Super Troopers 2 follows five fired Vermont state troopers who want their badges and old jobs back. A border mistake places a small French Canadian town under a possible U.S. takeover, so the governor sends the men to create a new Highway Patrol station. The troopers clash with local Mounties, townspeople, and a mayor who hides a smuggling plan. The movie uses crude jokes, drugs, nudity, pranks, and cartoon violence in a loose R-rated comedy.
The border story mainly sets up jokes about American and Canadian habits, accents, police power, and national pride. The film uses repeated male-on-male fear jokes and gender stereotypes for laughs. Thorny’s hormone-pill subplot turns mood swings, body changes, and female behavior into a running joke. The female governor and undercover police officer help the plot, but the five male troopers remain the clear center.

One anonymous user guessed from the title that it sounded woke, but the post led to no follow-up. No boycott, review-bombing, or organized anti-woke campaign was reported.
