Five former special ops soldiers meet again for one last job. They plan to steal a huge pile of cash from a drug lord in South America. Ben Affleck, Oscar Isaac, and their friends play men who feel lost after leaving the military and need money. The movie is tense, physical, and dark. The heist goes wrong, and greed, loyalty, and survival take over.
The story stays on the men, the money, and the hard choices that follow. Friendship, greed, and the cost of one bad plan drive every big scene. The film plays like a classic heist and survival tale. Viewers watch the group fall apart under stress and loss. The main ideas are brotherhood and what people will risk when they want more than they need.

Creator track record context
The main writers and producers work mostly in war stories, money dramas, and big studio action. Their public work and interviews stay on craft, risk, and human choice. There is no strong pattern of identity-first or social-justice projects tied to this film. That keeps the creator context score low and mild.
