A nonlinear romantic drama follows ambitious chef Almut and Weetabix employee Tobias as they meet by chance, build a relationship, have a child, and confront her ovarian cancer diagnosis and death over a decade. The story centers on love, time, family choices, and mortality through time jumps. Bisexual identity elements appear visibly via the lead character's backstory, including a past relationship with a woman, alongside a nonbinary supporting colleague.
