Personal context

Summary

Bridget Everett is an actor, comedian, singer, and writer known for her alt-cabaret performances, Inside Amy Schumer, Patti Cake$, and Somebody Somewhere, which she co-created and executive-produced. Her work often combines bawdy humor and frank female sexuality with stories about friendship, belonging, and small-town life. She has called herself a feminist and said that people like the queer characters in Somebody Somewhere deserve to be seen on television, including in stories not defined by oppression. Her public comments also describe the queer community as her chosen family; no public party or campaign affiliation is on record.
