T.J. Miller

Personal context

Summary

T.J. Miller is an actor and stand-up comedian known for Silicon Valley, Deadpool, and voice roles in animated films. His work is chiefly comic, often built around eccentric, abrasive characters and improvisation. In a 2015 interview, he defended Silicon Valley’s limited female cast as a deliberate satire of the tech industry, saying the show drew attention to the industry’s lack of women and diversity. He later described The Gorburger Show as apolitical; no public party campaigning, identity advocacy, or DEI affiliations are on record.
