2019–2021 · Based on 2 seasons through October 1, 2021 ·
Mystery Inc. travels to many places and meets a new guest in nearly every episode. Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy, and Scooby solve strange cases involving ghosts, monsters, villains, and stolen objects. The guests include real celebrities, musicians, actors, athletes, and cartoon heroes. The tone is bright, silly, fast, and aimed at families. The show mainly celebrates teamwork, friendship, courage, and solving problems with evidence. Daphne and Velma are often useful investigators, while Fred, Shaggy, and Scooby provide different kinds of help and comedy. Some episodes use female heroes, minority celebrities, environmental ideas, or animal rescue as small parts of the plot. These elements are spread across guest stories and do not form a strong political message.
