Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi tells six short stories about Ahsoka Tano and Count Dooku during the Republic and early Empire. Ahsoka grows from a gifted village child into a Jedi who must survive the murder of her fellow Jedi. Dooku sees senators abuse their power and loses faith in the Jedi Council. His anger draws him toward Darth Sidious, giving his story a dark and tragic ending. Ahsoka shares the lead with Dooku and takes the fighter and protector roles in her stories. Her skill comes from the Force and years of hard training under Anakin, whose lessons help her survive. Her mother, Pav-ti, hunts for their village and fights to protect her daughter while teaching her to respect life. Ahsoka later saves farm workers and defeats an Inquisitor without a weapon, making female heroism the clearest identity-related element. The stories praise courage, family bonds, practice, and helping others, while Dooku’s choices show how anger can turn good aims into evil acts.
