2021–2025 · Based on 3 seasons through January 23, 2025 ·
The Sex Lives of College Girls follows four college roommates at fictional Essex College as they explore sex, friendships, relationships, and growing up during their freshman and sophomore years. The main characters include an Indian-American aspiring comedy writer who describes herself as sex-positive, a black soccer star who is a senator's daughter, a wealthy lesbian legacy student, and a poor white scholarship student. Queer storylines, cultural backgrounds, and sexual self-discovery drive many plots across all three seasons, with some episodes mixing in feminism, safe spaces, and light activism.
