James Silva leads a secret CIA team called Overwatch on a brutal job in a hostile Asian city. They must move a foreign source named Li Noor twenty-two miles to a plane so he can unlock intel on deadly radiological material. Local forces and rival spies try to stop them at every turn. The movie is loud, fast, and packed with gunfights, car wrecks, and close-quarters fights. The tone is tense, hard-edged, and proud of American black-ops work.
Alice Kerr has one sharp line that rejects the idea she is weaker because she is a woman. That beat is brief and does not steer the whole story. The film stays locked on the 22-mile run, double-crosses, team deaths, and hard U.S. ops pride. Silva stays the clear boss of the team. Kerr’s worry about her child is a personal side thread next to the gunfights and street chases.

Woke political dialogue
Alice Kerr has a short line telling someone not to assume she is less capable of extreme violence because she is a woman. That is a clear gender-competence retort. The rest of the talk is mission orders, insults, and spy work, not identity lectures.

Creator track record context
Named producers and the listed assistant director have low cached activist scores and commercial action careers. Public talk around this title from Berg and leads stresses hard ops action and intensity, not DEI or identity campaigns.
