TV Show review
2018–2019 · Based on 2 seasons through July 5, 2019 ·
Po leaves his Dragon Master duties as a fighter to teach four children in Panda Village. Nu Hai, Bao, Jing, and Fan Tong gain the chi of four ancient kung fu heroes after entering a hidden cave. They train with Po and travel to the Forbidden City, where they must protect Empress Xiao and stop enemies from taking control. The show mixes jokes, kung fu fights, and a continuing adventure about using power well. Nu Hai often leads the young team and is one of its most confident fighters. Po teaches her and the others to control their new powers and work together. A later story confirms that Wing and Wong are a male couple, and Wong says he loves Wing. Their relationship appears briefly within a longer story about courage, loyalty, family, and protecting others.
