Gazanfer leads the Mermer family, an eight-person family that runs the Anatolian Flavor restaurant at Haydarpasa Station in Istanbul. The family looks like ordinary restaurant workers, but its members have secretly worked as hired killers for an international organization for generations. After a job goes wrong and their secret is exposed, the family must flee the people who once employed them. The movie uses fast action, dark jokes, family arguments, and awkward everyday talk to turn a dangerous chase into a strange comedy. The story centers on family loyalty, shared danger, and the clash between a warm home life and professional killing. Serhan’s love for Begüm becomes a problem after she learns the truth, and her pregnancy adds a personal choice to the escape. Sevil helps the family during the dangerous work, while the men’s poor plans and nervous mistakes create much of the humor. The movie treats the Mermer family as a flawed but loyal unit, and it builds its tone from ordinary Turkish family life placed inside a violent crime story.

Creator track record context
The creative team is mainly known for absurd comedy and commercial entertainment. Aziz Kedi has described intentionally giving male and female characters distinct recurring types, which is a mild representation-oriented signal. Feyyaz Yiğit has some public opposition political context, but his work is mainly about awkward people and daily power games. The team has no strong shared pattern of activist, DEI, or identity-driven work.
