Tim Morris is a quiet salesman in Portland who is still hurt after his last relationship ends. At an airport, he meets a woman named Melissa and thinks she may be his perfect match. He invites her to his company retreat in Hawaii, but a phone mistake sends the invitation to another Melissa from a terrible blind date. The movie uses loud, raunchy, and gross comedy as Tim tries to survive the trip.
Missy is wild, rude, sexually forward, and often dangerous, yet she slowly shows care for Tim and his co-workers. A short threesome includes Missy and Tim's ex kissing, but the moment is a raunchy joke rather than a queer story. Missy makes most of the sexual moves, so Tim often becomes the embarrassed or helpless partner. Tim finally accepts her strange personality and walks away from the work life he once wanted.

Creator track record context
Tyler Spindel has a low recorded score of 8/100, while writers Kevin Barnett and Chris Pappas score 8/100 and 11/100. Most producers also score between 2/100 and 25/100. Casting director Mary Vernieu is higher at 36/100 because she has spoken about representation, but the film does not pair that background with identity-driven themes.
