Ten years after the zombie outbreak, Columbus, Tallahassee, Wichita, and Little Rock live together in the White House like a rough family. Columbus wants to marry Wichita, but she panics and pulls away. Little Rock grows restless and leaves with a peaceful hippie boy named Berkeley. The group races across the American heartland to find her, fighting stronger new zombies and meeting odd survivors along the way. The tone stays loud, gory, and full of crude jokes.
The heart of the story is loyalty, growing up, and holding a found family together under stress. New people like Madison and Nevada join through romance and road-trip chaos. A short stop at a no-gun hippie commune is played for laughs when the idealistic group looks helpless without weapons. The jokes stay crude and the action stays loud as the team learns to trust each other again.
